HERE IS THE PSD: TUTORIAL PSD!

Alrighty, lets get to work!

Start off with your base and duplicate and it SCREEN 100%


Next, and a Hue/Saturation layer with the Saturation set to +13.


Time for some Selective color!
Reds:
-100
0
+100
0

Yellows:
-100
0
+100
0

Neutrals:
+87
+21
-36
-28



New Selective color Layer:
Red:
0
0
-100
0

Yellow:
+75
0
-100
0

Neutrals:
+82
+6
-51
+15



Well, this image is a bit too washed out. So we are going to add a new layer filled with #a6a5a5 to COLOR BURN 100%



Whoo! WE is DONE BABBBEE!
